We offer shipping to:
- Domestic (Greece): All regions within Greece, including islands.
- International: Most countries worldwide. Please note that international shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.
2. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Orders:
- Standard shipping: Free for orders over €50.
- For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €5 applies.
- International Orders:
- Shipping costs depend on the destination and package weight. Fees will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Times
- Domestic Deliveries:
- Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days.
- International Deliveries:
- Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or courier delays.
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+2) are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s status online.
6. Undelivered or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Domestic Orders: Contact us if your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days.
- International Orders: Allow up to 20 business days before contacting us.
We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Send photos of the damaged items and packaging to roberto.darco@gioielloliquido.com.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
8. Customs and Duties
For international orders:
- Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
9. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some products may not be available for international shipping due to local restrictions.
